产品用途product purpose 
本公司生产的DSS-DWC-520双线圈装订机广泛适用于笔记本、练习簿、挂历及台历等产品的活页装订。本机能将卷装双线圈自动剪条、自动计算齿数、自动装圈及自动压合成型，还可分段装订（最多达四段），大大节省了人手，减少双线圈的浪费。本机采用进口步进电机传动，传动精确；触摸屏控制，操作简单；采用进口电器元件及气动元件。通过更换不同尺寸的模具，可以装订不同尺寸的双线圈。本机可选配挂历勾喂送装置。
The DSS-DWC-520 (book binding machine) utilizes closing bars to ensure quality controllable wire closes. The wire is fed into automatically between the binding bars by a pitch wheel and pitch belt, counted, cutted and arrive at the ready position to accept the book. Each loop of wire is firmly held and ready to accept the book for wire insertion. The feeding table clamps book firmly and brings it into binding position in place,then the lower closing bar rises rapidly and the loops insert into the book and closed automatically, and then the feeding table takes back the bound book.
